Reid Lofgran DO, ACOFP, ABAM, AOAAM
Dr. Lofgran graduated from A.T. Still University-Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (ATSU-KCOM) in 1998. He completed his family medicine residency at Riverside Osteopathic Hospital in Trenton, Michigan. In 2001, he moved to Idaho with his wife, Danielle, and joined the Smith Medical Group. He purchased the practice in 2004 and later joined North Canyon Medical Center in 2014 as its first employed physician. He has also served as medical director of The Walker Center, a residential treatment facility for drug and alcohol addiction, since 2008.
Dr. Lofgran is board-certified in family medicine by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians
(ACOFP). He became certified in addiction medicine by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) in 2008,
followed by board certification from the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM) in 2014 and the American
Osteopathic Association of Addiction Medicine (AOAAM) in 2018.

Dustin Moore is a licensed professional counselor specializing in mental health. He has worked with the Twins
Falls Treatment and Recovery Clinic (TARC) since 2021.
Kristina Bunn, LMSW
Kristina Bunn joined TARC in 2022 as a case manager. She has since transitioned into mental health counseling.
Blas Martinez, Detective Twin Falls County Sheriffs Office
Detective Martinez has served in law enforcement for
twenty-three years, with experience in detention, patrol, and investigations. Throughout his career, his primary focus has been on narcotics investigations.
Honorable Blaine P. Cannon
Judge Cannon serves as the District Judge for the Fifth Judicial District, based in Cassia County. He was appointed to the district bench by Governor Brad Little in 2024. Prior to this role, he was the Cassia County Magistrate Judge from 2012 to 2024. Since 2018, Judge Cannon has been a Treatment Court Judge, contributing significantly to the establishment of the Mini-Cassia DUI Court. He has presided over the Mini-Cassia Drug Court since 2024. Before his judicial appointments, he served as the Cassia County Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney from 2001 to 2012. Judge Cannon earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in Provo and his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School.
